Setup time was very impressive and fast indeed. When you're payment is received by us, the bank opening forms are emailed to you immediately. As soon as you return them back direct to the bank, the bank mails you an account number and you are ready to receive deposits for your account. IMHO this is an easy to open and use physical walk in internet bank. This Internet bank makes for an excellent pass through account offering deposits by the standard swift wires in and out, including cheque's for deposit, and even cash deposits, etc. It is licensed within the host countries banking regulators.
They're are no limits on deposits or withdrawals. That said the bank officers we spoke with suggested that you should notify the bank in advance in the event you expect to receive a wire of Eur 100,000 or more. Now I like that because the last thing we want to have to do is to explain to some bank officer my personal and private financial business and wire transactions, which is really none of their business.
The bank also offers ATM cards as well as the standard prepaid Maestro - Cirrus cards. In addition they offer an attractive rate of return for deposits on term. The rate, naturally, would depend on which currency you place on deposit and the length of time as well.
Nothing is forever and we are certain that as time goes by sooner or later this bank will be put under pressure from its correspondent banks to tighten up account opening procedures, requiring more severe ID requirements, utility bills and references like other banks use as standard opening requirements.
